My wife and I have lived in New Yatt for 33 years and have three children who grew up here and attended local schools prior to going on to further education and employment.
I retired from full time employment three years ago after a career in landscape and environmental management. I love being out in the countryside and am a keen walker; I recently became a conservation volunteer for BBOWT at the Chimney Meadows Reserve.
We have enjoyed the rural life that Hailey has offered along with the benefit of access to Witney and Oxford. As development puts the area under increasing pressure of change, I hope that I can help the Parish Council to make that change positive and keep it a great place for future generations to live.
