I grew up in the village having moved here at 6 months of age, leaving reluctantly when I joined the Fire Service aged 21. I am now back in the house that I grew up in (my father’s) with my wife and six children (four from my first marriage and new born twins).
I work as a voice over artist, music and film producer at our very busy recording studio in Witney and although I left the Fire service at the beginning of 2018, I am still working in the private sector providing fire, rescue and medical cover for film, tv, events and military commitments. Previously, I have also worked in Family Law & Property Development.
I play keyboards, guitar and drums as well as being a vocalist and am a trustee of the Witney Fire Brigades Heritage Trust who are currently restoring the 1936 Leyland Cub Fire Engine which served the town for many years.
