NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER

Hailey Bridleway No. 34 Modification Order 2022
On the 12 April 2023, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: –
Upgrading to a bridleway the public right of way from the junction with Middletown at OS grid reference SP 3545 1262, running NE along Breach Lane for 863 metres to join Footpath No. 3 at SP 3592 1332.

Tel: 01993 703659The order as confirmed became operative on the date of confirmation but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of Schedule 15 to the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from 20 April 2022, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
